IGLU Soft Play
IGLU Soft Play products include a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All IGLU products are designed and manufactured in the European Union.
Inter-Play
Inter-Play products are supplied with warranty coverage as defined in the manufacturer’s Warranty Card. Specific terms and durations vary depending on the item and materials. Full warranty details are included in the product documentation.
JMP
JMP offers structured warranty terms depending on component type. Warranty periods and coverage differ by product category, including extended coverage for structural elements and defined durations for other parts.
Nolmo

Rubrig

SBI Sweden
Rides and attractions supplied by SBI Sweden are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty Claims
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact SBI Play with your order details, product name and photos.
- Describe the issue clearly and upload any relevant images.
- We will assist you and coordinate with the manufacturer to assess and process your warranty claim.
SBI Play helps manage warranty claims on behalf of our customers and provides guidance throughout the process.
