These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales and deliveries made by SBI Play (part of SB International AB)  unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website, via quotation or direct agreement. SBI Play primarily supplies products for public and commercial use but may also sell to private individuals.

Orders & Quotations

Products marked Available upon request require a quotation. Orders become binding only after written order confirmation from SBI Play.

SBI Play reserves the right to decline orders in case of pricing errors, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on the website are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

For quotation-based orders, prices and VAT are clearly specified in the offer.

SBI Play reserves the right to adjust prices prior to order confirmation due to supplier changes, exchange rate fluctuations or errors.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the quotation.

For made-to-order products, a partial prepayment may be required prior to production.

SBI Play reserves the right to withhold delivery until full or agreed payment has been received.

Delivery & Lead Times

Delivery times vary depending on product category, availability, and delivery address. Made-to-order products typically have a production time of approximately 6 weeks.

Estimated delivery time for a specific order will be provided in the quotation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, transport conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping

For all quotation-based orders, shipping costs are calculated individually and specified in the quotation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring proper site access for delivery.

Installation

Unless otherwise agreed, installation is the responsibility of the customer.

SBI Play provides installation instructions and documentation but is not liable for incorrect installation carried out by third parties.

Inspection & Transport Damage

The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery.

Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to SBI Play.

Claims for transport damage must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary depending on product category and manufacturer.

Specific warranty information is available upon request or provided in the quotation.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect maintenance
  • Vandalism or misuse

Spare Parts

Spare parts are available for most products. Availability may depend on product age and manufacturer terms.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (Private Customers Only)

For private individuals within the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to standard products.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or specially adapted products
  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Liability

SBI Play is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or operational downtime.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Product Information & Documentation

All product descriptions, drawings and technical files are provided for guidance purposes.

The customer is responsible for verifying suitability for the intended application and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Force Majeure

SBI Play is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier delays
  • Transport disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Labour disputes
Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
